  • Story: I grew up a boxing fan ever since I could remember. My father and I were big into it. My mother got me into taking martial arts. I did Karate for about 4 years learning and fighting in tournaments. There was a big fallout of martial arts in my area so it kind of ended there for me in learning but I have always stayed up on it through watching where ever i can.

    When the UFC started I was hooked on it. Many of my friends were not able to watch because their parents said it was too violent but my parents understood what it was and having watch boxing and training in Karate they did not mind it for me. I have been hooked on MMA ever since.

    I do my best to educate those that don't understand what MMA is. I do what I can to let them know that MMA is a worldwide sport and not just the UFC. I watch as many events as possible seening local shows like Total Combat and catching MMA on tv when its on.

    I have recently had training in BJJ and Muay Thai Kickboxing and plan on continuing and hopefully someday competing.
